Thirteen boys. One summer. Cooperstown bound.
Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam — for us, it means more than baseball. It means playing for something bigger than yourself, becoming better people, and learning what it means to be Players for Others.
AMDG Team Vargas is a team of 13 boys from across the Valley, brought together by a game they love. Many have played alongside each other for years, growing from little kids learning the game into the teammates they are today.
We care about developing great baseball players, but just as much about who they become off the field.
We expect our boys to work hard, support one another, serve their community, and treat people with respect. Baseball gives them the chance to practice those things every time they take the field.
That's what we mean by Players for Others.
There are a lot of tournaments in youth baseball, but Cooperstown is different.
In summer 2027, our boys will spend a week in Cooperstown playing alongside teams from across the country. For a 12U player, it's one of those baseball experiences you hear about for years before you finally get your turn.
For this team, the timing makes it even more meaningful. These boys have spent years practicing together, celebrating wins, working through losses, and becoming friends along the way.
Cooperstown is a chance to celebrate all of it. One week together, playing the game they love, before this chapter of their childhood starts to change.
Getting to Cooperstown takes a team beyond the players on the field. Businesses, families, friends, and supporters all have a way to be part of the journey.
Put your business behind the team with season-long recognition from spring tournament play through Cooperstown.
